How to Succeed at Cold Calling

Cold calling – a lot of people are terrified by it! It can put a shiver up and down most people’s spines. But it is time to reprogram your brain to think about cold calling in a positive way. ** Get someone’s attention

** Have Call Center reps located in the same country and speak the same language

** Focus on finding the right people (the right customers)

** Believe in what you are selling and that it benefits customers

** Be the listener, not the talker

** Prepare the right questions

** Build a relationship through trust and rapport
